Extended Stay - - Responsibilities:
Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments according to company guidelines;
Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts at the property;
Set up, maintain, and take down breakfast display in a timely manner;
Maintain organized and clean front desk, lobby, and guest areas in compliance with standards;
Cross-train in housekeeping and laundry to provide assistance as needed
