At Ello Pretty Salon & Beauty Loft, our front desk concierge is everything. You are the first hello, the final impression, and the steady energy that keeps the entire space flowing.

This is not just a "front desk job." This role is instrumental to our guest experience, our team culture, and the way our days run behind the scenes. We're looking for the right fit — someone who genuinely cares, takes ownership, and wants to make this position their own.

• Creating a warm, elevated, and genuinely welcoming experience for every guest
• Managing appointments, communication, and the overall flow of the day
• Guiding guests through checkout, rebooking, and retail in a natural, supportive way
• Upholding and confidently enforcing salon policies with kindness and professionalism
• Being the go-to support system for both guests and team members

• A positive, team-first attitude (this is non-negotiable for us)
• Someone organized, proactive, and able to keep calm in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication skills with a polished but approachable presence
• Experience in the beauty industry is preferred
• A cosmetology license is a huge plus — we love a hands‑on, all‑in team culture where everyone supports each other when needed
• Someone who wants to take pride in this role and truly make it their own
