Meyer Jabara Hotels - - Responsibilities:
Provide guests in the catering department with the highest standards of food and beverage service on all functions;
Attend pre-function briefing;
Be able to read a BEO and complete a setup and mise en place based on the information contained therein;
Set tables in assigned area with appropriate linen and tableware, assist with buffet setup and service;
Know the menu and be able to explain major ingredients and preparation methods to guests
