Lead HR Where It Actually MattersThis is an opportunity to step into a visible, trusted HR leadership role at a skilled‑trades manufacturing facility where people, relationships, and craftsmanship matter.
The business is no longer family‑owned, but the culture still feels like one — long tenure, strong loyalty, and pride in the work. What’s needed now is an experienced HR leader who can bring structure, consistency, and calm leadership while respecting what already exists.
You’ll be the sole HR professional on site in Rhode Island, owning employee relations, workers’ compensation, safety support, and HR fundamentals end to end, with occasional support for a New Jersey site. This is not a corporate or back‑office HR role — it’s hands‑on, people‑centered, and highly impactful.
