Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a key role in managing the recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to closing offers and onboarding new hires. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, screening resumes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will assist in the development of recruitment strategies while maintaining candidate pipelines and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
This position is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a keen eye for talent in a fast-paced environment.
This position is located in Dallas, TX supporting our Talent Acquisition team and follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or showsite.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, and candidate screening
* Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail for scheduling and data entry
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
* Eagerness to learn recruitment strategies and employment law compliance
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Linked In Recruiter is a plus but not required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant HR software
* Available to work for 10 weeks during the summer of 2026
Education & Experience
* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
* Must be actively enrolled in University as a Senior
