HR Generalist / Talent Management
This is a 100% onsite opportunity based in West Warwick, Rhode Island.
POSITION OVERVIEWOur client is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with leaders across manufacturing operations and provide support on a wide range of HR initiatives. This role will focus on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, and talent development while helping improve HR processes and support business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with leadership and making a meaningful impact within a fast-paced environment.

- Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Support talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and management coaching.
- Administer employee leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and return-to-work processes.
- Maintain HRIS records, reporting, employment transactions, and support compensation and benefits administration.
- Develop and improve HR processes, policies, reporting, and documentation to support operational efficiency.
- Participate in HR projects and organizational initiatives that support business growth and continuous improvement.
- Experience as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong background in employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Experience with HRIS systems, HR reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence leaders.
- Bachelor's degree required; ADP Workforce Now experience and HR certification are preferred.
This position offers a salary of $70,000-$90,000 annually, along with a competitive benefits package.
