Human Resources Data Analyst

Join Bristol County Savings Bank in Providence, RI for a part-time, on-site Human Resources Data Analyst role. This position offers a $60,000 per year salary and the chance to work closely with HR professionals to transform HR data into actionable insights, supporting talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation initiatives while ensuring data accuracy.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from multiple sources, including payroll, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and identify trends.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to support HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, and compensation.
• Collaborate with HR professionals to identify data-driven solutions to address HR challenges.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks. Create and maintain a QC schedule.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Python, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric and other statistical software.
• Experience working with and interpreting HR data, trends and metrics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and forge strong collaborative partnerships with the team.
