Providence Public Schools is seeking an HR Partner to support staffing across instructional and non-instructional roles. You will work with principals and central office staff to anticipate needs, coordinate recruitment, and ensure timely hiring decisions.
The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field, SHRM or PHR preferred, and at least 3 years in HR within an urban education setting. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
