CDL Candidate Intake Specialist – Driver Screening & Recruiting Support
Truck Driver Nation is seeking an organized Candidate Intake Specialist to assist professional CDL drivers entering the recruiting process.
This role focuses on collecting applicant information, completing initial screening, maintaining records, and helping qualified candidates move to the appropriate recruiting stage.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Respond to incoming CDL driver applications
- Gather driver contact and qualification information
- Review basic driving experience and employment history
- Confirm required applicant information is complete
- Maintain accurate candidate records
- Route qualified applicants to the appropriate recruiter or opportunity
- Follow up on incomplete applications
- Provide professional candidate support
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear phone and written communication
- Comfortable working with computers and online systems
- Ability to follow recruiting procedures
- Good organization and time management
- Customer-service, administrative, recruiting, or trucking experience is helpful
- Ability to work independently
