Cycle Recruiter-- MEHDC

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, Linked In, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Screen and assess candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and position requirements.
• Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate the interview and selection process.
• Provide candidates with a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
• Develop recruiting strategies based on talent availability and local labor market conditions.
• Manage offers, communicate hiring decisions, and support candidates through the pre-employment process.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, candidate documentation, and status updates.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, candidates, and external recruiting contacts.
• Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and pipeline progress to support staffing goals.
• Ensure recruiting activities follow company policies, compliance requirements, and applicable labor laws.
• Identify and resolve recruiting issues while escalating complex matters when needed.
• Support workforce planning and forecasting by providing recruiting insights and market information.
