Workday Integrations Manager leads the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring efficient and accurate data exchange. This role involves deep technical expertise with Workday tools (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors), collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, and managing projects to meet business needs. The position requires a strong understanding of FIN, HCM and payroll processes and best practices in integration, often including team leadership and strategic planning for the integration roadmap.

• Design and Development: Oversee the entire lifecycle of integration projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to testing, implementation, and post-deployment support.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations, staying current with Workday updates and industry best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and other business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Data Integrity and Performance: Monitor integration issues/errors and ensure data accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and Escalate as appropriate. Maintain data governance processes and standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, quality, and security within the Workday Finance platform. Understand and ensure State security and data privacy standards are followed. Advanced knowledge of Role-based and User-Based Security and Domains, as it applies to Integrations security.
• Strategic Leadership: Drive the development of integration strategy, best practices, and the overall Workday integration roadmap to support organizational goals.

• Workday Integration Tools:
  • Proficiency with Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, and web services (REST/SOAP).

• Education:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Certifications:
  • Workday Integration certification is preferred.
• Experience:
  • 3-5 years of Workday experience required.
