Workday Integrations Manager
Location:
Onsite - Providence, RI
Duration: 1 Year
Job Description- Lead the full lifecycle of Workday integration projects, from requirements gathering to post-deployment support.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems (using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP web services).
- Act as the subject matter expert on Workday integrations, staying updated on platform changes and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Payroll) to translate business needs into effective integration solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration errors, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance.
- Uphold data governance, security, and privacy standards, especially regarding State regulations and Workday security domains.
- Drive integration strategy, best practices, and the development of the Workday integration roadmap to align with organizational objectives.
- Utilize strong technical skills (XML, XSLT, JSON, Python/JavaScript) for custom integration development.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Finance, HCM, and Payroll processes within Workday environments.
- Manage projects, including gathering requirements and validating solutions with stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Hold (preferably) a Workday Integration certification and have 3-5 years of Workday experience.
