Job DetailsTitle: Workday Integrations Manager
Location: Providence, Rhode Island-02908 Onsite
Duration: At least 1 Years from projected start date

Note: Onsite required.
Project- Workday Integrations Manager leads the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring efficient and accurate data exchange.
- This role involves deep technical expertise with Workday tools (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors), collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, and managing projects to meet business needs.
- The position requires a strong understanding of FIN, HCM and payroll processes and best practices in integration, often including team leadership and strategic planning for the integration roadmap.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of integration projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to testing, implementation, and post-deployment support.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations, staying current with Workday updates and industry best practices.
- Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and other business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical integration solutions.
- Monitor integration issues/errors and ensure data accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and escalation as appropriate.
- Maintain data governance processes and standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, quality, and security within the Workday Finance platform. Understand and ensure State security and data privacy standards are followed.
- Advanced knowledge of Role-based and User-Based Security and Domains, as it applies to Integrations security.
- Drive the development of integration strategy, best practices, and the overall Workday integration roadmap to support organizational goals.
- 3-5 years of Workday experience required.
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, and potentially Python or JavaScript for custom integrations.
- Proficiency with Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Familiarity with Workday Studio.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with various technical and functional stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Finance, HCM, and Payroll processes and how they integrate with Workday and other systems.
- Workday Integration certification is preferred.
