Strategic Diagnostics & Problem Solving
- Lead comprehensive assessments of current-state operations to pinpoint gaps in cost, performance, and customer experience.
- Develop data-backed business cases and roadmap sequences based on value and feasibility.
- Prioritize the transformation portfolio to ensure maximum ROI and risk mitigation.
- Facilitate large-scale improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar structured methodologies.
- Identify and scope AI and Automation opportunities, including RPA, Intelligent Document Processing (OCR/NLP), and process mining.
- Partner with Risk and Tech teams to establish AI governance and operational readiness (
Note:
This is an orchestration role, not a technical build role).
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership (SVP level), providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Establish lightweight governance frameworks to ensure timely execution across various departments (HR, Marketing, Analytics, etc.).
- Design executive-level reporting, KPI dashboards, and benefit-tracking mechanisms to ensure sustainability.
