• Develop subject‑matter expertise to understand and articulate customers’ true needs, present technology solutions that target those needs, and demonstrate thought leadership and value through platform demonstrations, solution architecting, workshops, and conferences.
• Meet and exceed regional revenue goals by helping sales qualify and validate opportunities from a technical perspective and accelerate the sales cycle and adoption of Neo4j.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Professional Services, Product Management, and others to deliver continuous value and ensure a seamless customer experience as they embark on the graph journey.

• Confidently articulate the business and technical value of Neo4j to customers and prospects as a key technical advisor and advocate for our products and services.
• Actively drive and run the technology evaluation stage of the sales cycles.
• Manage opportunity qualification, technical discovery, presentations, platform and use‑case demonstrations, proof of value, sizing, and documentation of technical decision criteria across multiple opportunities in parallel.
• Build and nurture rapport with customer stakeholders at all levels and act as a trusted advisor to help them understand what they can achieve with Neo4j.
• Co‑create reference and solution architectures with customers, integrating Neo4j into their existing architecture and applications within a public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or on‑premise environment.
• Stay current on Neo4j’s latest capabilities, including usage and integration with third‑party tools and services.
• Distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
• Help drive demand through participation in account‑based marketing events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Lead by example and actively foster an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Travel as needed to assist in deal creation and closure and support the team as required.

• 5+ years of customer‑facing experience in a similar capacity (Sales/Presales/Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, etc.), ideally in a high‑growth, scaling environment.
• Experience working with different data technologies in areas such as enterprise data architecture, data analytics, data science, or cloud data architecture.
• Working knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j, Tiger Graph, Orient
  
  DB, Janus Graph, etc.) – a strong plus.
• Hands‑on experience and proficiency with relational (SQL) and/or No
  
  SQL databases, and at least one of the following languages:
  Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, C#.
• Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI a plus.
• A successful track record in designing, developing, and implementing data solutions in the public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or on‑premise.
• Ability to engage and communicate ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences at all levels through presentations, whiteboarding, and platform demonstrations.
• Technical savviness and business acumen to translate technical concepts and patterns into valuable business outcomes.
• Passion for learning new technologies (especially graphs!), developing new data‑modeling approaches, and spearheading change management.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to prioritize, pivot, and problem‑solve.

The annual on‑target earnings range for this position based in the United States is $200,000—$265,000 USD. US employees are eligible for a stock‑option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Employees also participate in the company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.
