Job SummaryAnalysts are responsible for designing, creating, and presenting client deliverables. Our client designs strategies and solutions that include people, process, and technology recommendations. We help our clients implement the change after we make our initial recommendations. Our deliverables must be actionable, sustainable, and valuable. Please review our website for our current service offerings. Analysts must have the ability to gather design feedback from Client staff and client stakeholders, efficiently build deliverables, and present them for review.
In most cases, work deliverables require a blend of process, people, and technology solutions, e.g., staffing plans and organization charts, strategic roadmaps, executive dashboards, process flows, and technology training.
Ideal candidates will be familiar with solution delivery and project management processes and tools.

- Project Management (Trello, Jira, Planeo, , Toggl)
Value Creator:
Proactively work with Our client's resources and client stakeholders to drive deliverables to completion, following the work plans established with the team. Work closely with the team lead, increasing the number of client facing interactions without supervision as the Analyst grows. (70%)
Innovator:
Apply management and development frameworks, e.g., Agile, Lean Startup, ITSM, Immunity to Change, to improve our clients. Technical experience is desired, e.g., experience with API development and project management solution integration, project configuration and standards deployment in Microsoft Project. (20%)
Business Driver:
Contribute to business development and thought leadership opportunities. For example, connecting with network contacts and events, writing content for Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, and engaging on social media with industry peers and clients in a positive manner. (10%)
Other functions and responsibilities:
- Use Microsoft Office products, among other tools, to complete deliverables.
- Communicate constraints or issues in a proactive manner.
- Apply Client frameworks to build and expand on our core competencies and service offerings, e.g., ITSM, IT Strategy and Operations, SDLC, Project Management.
- Contribute to Client thought leadership, i.e., white papers, knowledge articles.
