ONLY USC/GC.
Strong Preference to Candidates local to Hartford which is where the manager is located.
Contract to Hire so must be eligible to convert with no sponsorship at any time.
If not local to Hartford, then will need to be in the area to go onsite periodically for PI.
Manager does not want candidates from a gov't background.
Wants HC background as first choice. Must be a large complex environment similar to CVS. 2nd would be large financial co but this is not the preference.
Must have strong SA background but be willing to do hands on dev if needed.
He does NOT want a developer or an App Architect. He needs a Solutions Architect.
JD for solution arch/eng below. Please note that, though we are looking for architecture, the candidate should also be open to do hands on development if needed.
- Experienced in solution design and architecture, including capturing requirements in a customer-facing capacity
- Experience in designing and developing solutions using Java , J2ee, NodeJS, microservices, REST API.
- Open to hand on development of solutions
- Experience with troubleshooting application errors and issues.
- Experience in supporting the web and mobile applications teams
- Familiarity with React Js or any modern framework.
- Experience in AWS technology stack and Dev Ops/ CICD processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to ideate solutions that are sufficient and feasible to both the business leads and the technical teams.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Client-focused attitude and ability to be a customer advocate
- Ability to develop technical briefs and detailed solution designs
