- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.
- Expertise managing and overseeing the release train and deployment schedules
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Proven ability to remove impediments and foster a high-performing team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification..
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile metrics and reporting.
