Responsibilities:
- Ensure value creation in the engagement
- Manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives.
- Manage engagement profitability by managing various variables
- Proactively engage with the client to understand the business engagements
- Lead | manage | develop and engage the team
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks & issues (including escalations) for delivery of the program
- Good Understanding of SDLC Waterfall model and Agile
- PMP Certified
- Understanding of Forecast, Utilization
Must Have:
- Experienced in handling end to end project execution
- Experienced in handling Vendor, Budget Management
- Good Understanding of US customer & Healthcare Market
- PMP Certified
- Experience in Waterfall Model and Agile Methodologies
