Job Location:

Providence, RI Job Type: Contract to Hire Skills/Knowledge

• Solid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate activities with team members and other stakeholders
• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work independently or on a team
• Ability to multi-task and change priorities with effective results
• Ability to run SQL queries - Knowledge of Yardi "Y"SQL a plus
• Knowledge of configuration within a packaged/customizable off the shelf software application
• Experience supporting Real Estate Finance, Property Management or Investment Accounting applications
• Experience supporting enterprise financial accounting systems or other ERP systems
• Experience with Yardi Voyager commercial property management software or similar management systems
• Intermediate or higher skill level using Microsoft Excel—specifically VLookup, Index/Match, ETL, and managing large data sets
