You are customer‑focused, possess a growth mindset, drive your own development, and work inclusively with others. You have 10+ years of IT service delivery experience, including at least 5 in healthcare IT managed services or Epic‑enabled hospital operations.

• Ability to build high‑performing cross‑functional teams to deliver services.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery, with minimum 5 years in healthcare IT managed services or Epic‑enabled operations.
• Ability to integrate multiple service areas into a seamless customer solution.
• Experience governing large multi‑year service contracts.
• Trusted advisor skills to recognize business needs and follow through on revenue‑expanding wins.
• In‑depth knowledge of business controls and cost accounting; manage large contract budgets and cost cases.
• Working knowledge of Epic EHR from an IT operations and delivery leadership perspective; familiarity across multiple modules (ambulatory preferred).
• Managing post‑go‑live stabilization and steady‑state operations with an ITIL‑grounded service management approach.
• Proven ability to lead blended delivery work forces of 150+ personnel (FTEs, rebadged employees, and subcontractors) in a managed services model.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Long‑term customer relationship management experience.
• Background in healthcare IT consulting, preferably within a major Systems Integration firm.
• Experience building or supporting clinical informatics functions that bridge IT operations with hospital clinical workflows.
• Strong preference for candidates located in Rhode Island or within approx. 1‑hour commute (Greater Boston acceptable); frequent on‑site presence required.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $161,520 to $290,760 based on a full‑time schedule. Actual compensation may vary by geography, job‑related skills and experience.

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, disability, retirement, paid leave, and paid time off. If this is a sales‑commission‑eligible role, you can participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
