Confluent is seeking a Staff Security Risk & Compliance Program Manager to own and evolve internal access management toward machine and workload identity. You will govern S2S authentication, non-human identity, and AI agent access controls in a flexible, scalable security posture.
You will define the Access Management Standard, track metrics, and report cadence to senior leadership while aligning with GRC and multi-team stakeholders.
