UAT System Analyst Systems Administration
Our client in Providence, RI is seeking a UAT Systems Analyst to support the implementation of a comprehensive case management solution within a health and human services environment. The role involves detailed system analysis, user acceptance testing, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct system analysis and perform UAT validations for new change requests and production incidents, coordinating with vendors and interface partners.
- Lead design sessions to gather and detail specific application or project requirements, including defining responsibilities, operations, attributes, and process flows.
- Develop and document functional and process requirements to support system design and build.
- Assist with data requests, perform ad hoc data script validations, and review notices in live environments to ensure data quality.
- Automate standard queries using SQL to verify data points and support internal quality control validations.
- Collaborate with the program admin team to collect and analyze data for federal agencies, supporting demonstrations and documentation.
- Monitor incident tickets, track resolution progress, and coordinate with tier-II teams to address case issues and suggest corrections for timely processing.
- Associate or bachelor's degree.
- 5-7 years of experience in system analysis, UAT, and test case design and execution.
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to generate reports from backend data repositories.
- Experience working with integrated eligibility systems and supporting data validation.
- Strong understanding of health and human services programs and related business processes.
- Ability to translate policy and business requirements into verifiable data queries.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently, develop solutions, and support system design sessions.
- Experience with business process analysis, gap analysis, and mapping techniques.
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau is preferred.
- Knowledge of health and human services industry standards and workflows.
- Experience supporting federal or state government projects.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and develop strong working relationships.
