Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to support business objectives.
- Update Salesforce data models to support new development.
- Integrate Salesforce with other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and improve business processes.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and technical platform considerations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required, or 6‑8 years of additional relevant experience required.
- 4+ years Salesforce Field Service product knowledge and Salesforce development experience.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I required.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I) preferred.
