** REMOTE Role Overview An experienced Azure Cloud Solution Architect is sought to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise cloud environments. This individual will play a critical role in designing secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions that support business and operational objectives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise across cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, security, and cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement cloud architectures that meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend cloud solutions.
* Deploy and manage cloud resources across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms.
* Create technical architecture documentation, diagrams, and implementation plans.
* Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation, and Azure Resource Manager templates.
* Implement and maintain cloud security controls, governance policies, and access management practices.
* Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations and security requirements.
* Monitor and optimize cloud performance, availability, and resource utilization.
* Design and support backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
* Develop automation solutions to streamline provisioning, maintenance, and operational processes.
* Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
* Provide technical guidance and cloud best practice recommendations to internal teams.
* Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend solutions that improve infrastructure and operations.

Required Qualifications
*
* Education:

** A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Security, or a related field is preferred.
*
* Experience:

** 5+ years of experience designing and implementing cloud solutions is required, with proven experience in enterprise cloud architecture and infrastructure management. Hands-on experience with On-Prem migration to Microsoft Azure is necessary.
** Technical

Skills:

** Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is required. Proficiency with scripting and automation tools such as Power Shell and Python is necessary. A strong understanding of networking, virtualization, and cloud security principles is also required.

Preferred Qualifications
* One or more certifications in Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Xen App, or Windows Server Administration.
