Own end-to-end item setup knowledge. Go beyond SOPs - investigate, experiment, take notes, and build detailed expertise in your categories and stakeholder roles

Resolve issues independently using data analysis, critical thinking, and clear communication. Respond to stakeholder emails and tickets without follow-up escalations.

Build and manage the Event Tracker end-to-end. Prepare weekly or daily summary reports, validate calendars, monitor milestones, and stay aligned with stakeholders throughout events.

Leverage cross-functional WBS teams fully and audit for quality. Route escalations to the correct MD or technical team. Lead cross-functional sessions to resolve issues within your area of responsibility.

After resolving issues, understand the root cause and prevent repeats. Identify activities that can be outsourced so you can focus on core work like Item Setup, Trackers, and stakeholder relationships.

Salary Range: $64,000 - $70,000 per year
