Glocomms is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Technical Lead, Epicor Administration to lead the support, optimization, security, and continuous improvement of its ERP and enterprise application environment.
Responsibilities:- Administer, maintain, and optimize ERP and enterprise applications.
- Manage system security, user access, upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Support SQL reporting, data integrity, and business-critical workflows.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide advanced user support.
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams to drive process improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on projects and system enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- 6+ years of enterprise application administration experience.
- 4+ years supporting Epicor ERP.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments.
- Strong SQL Server, reporting, and database skills.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations, security, upgrades, and system administration.
