Personal Lines account manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Lines Account Manager located in Providence, RI. The Person al Lines Account Manager will handle day-to-day account management tasks including providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries. Responsibilities also include managing personal insurance policies, coordinating with carriers, and advising clients on coverage options tailored to their unique needs. The role also involves maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Account Management and Personal Insurance services
• Strong Customer Service skills and demonstrated ability to address client needs effectively
• Understanding of Insurance products and policies
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pawtucket, RI
• Prior experience in insurance or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using insurance management software AMS
  360 is a plus
