Job Overview
Experienced Auto Damage Adjuster – Fall River, MA / Providence, RI. This position is for an experienced and already‑trained adjuster; trainees are not eligible.
Must have a minimum of 12 months of Auto Damage experience and a proven record of excellent customer service while promptly and accurately settling claims. The ideal candidate can handle complex claims with technical expertise.
Schedule- Primarily Monday–Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM, with flexibility required.
- Provide high‑quality customer service.
- Communicate effectively.
- Actively listen to customers’ needs.
- Negotiate settlements effectively.
- Manage time efficiently.
- Operate comfortably in dynamic work environments.
- Meet corporate attendance standards.
- Perform field duties in auto repair environments or business locations under minimum supervision.
- Utilize laptops, Microsoft Office, web‑based applications, cameras, hands‑free cellular devices, and calculators.
- If assigned a fleet vehicle, maintain an acceptable driving record per company policy and hold a valid state driver’s license.
- Drive assigned vehicle for extended periods as needed.
- Use personal protective equipment as required.
- Indoor and outdoor work environments, inclement weather, varying light, and noise.
Annual salary range: $36.63 – $57.49 (guideline and final salary will depend on experience, education, market, and business considerations).
