Job Details

We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our Providence office with experience in medical professional liability.

This role offers the opportunity to manage all phases of litigation, engage directly with clients, and work in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of medical professional liability litigation

Advise and interact with clients to provide strategic solutions

Conduct research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents

Collaborate with partners and colleagues across the firm to deliver top-quality legal services

Participate in trial preparation and advocacy as needed

Qualifications:

Admission to Rhode Island and Massachusetts bars

Demonstrated experience in medical professional liability matters

Strong client service orientation, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
