Customer Service Representative

• Assist customers inside and outside a U‑Haul center with products and services
• Use smartphone‑based U‑Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Move and hook up U‑Haul trucks and trailers while ensuring equipment cleanliness and inspection
• Prepare rental invoices and assist with equipment returns
• Participate in ongoing education and training through U‑Haul University

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
• Willingness to adhere to safety precautions while working around moving parts and machinery
• Availability to work in varying indoor and outdoor environments

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Familiarity with operating forklifts (certification offered through U‑Haul)
• Experience with equipment inspection and maintenance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Interest in continuous learning and development within the company
