As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of an Assisted Living Community.

• Completes daily work orders, written and verbal, as assigned by the Maintenance Director in a timely manner.
• Maintains and operates all equipment in a safe manner.
• Assists Director of Maintenance with department's Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Responds to minor requests by staff in a timely manner.
• Assists with maintaining the exterior and interior appearance of the building, e.g., snow removal, cleaning heating vents, etc.
• Maintains furnishings as directed by Maintenance Director.
• Accepts on call duties.
• Applies "5 Star" customer service approach in all aspects of job.
• Committed to working with residents and families to develop and implement strategies that promote person-centered care.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Experience in Building Maintenance Required.
• Strong ability to set priorities and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
