We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Metals projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong project management skills and experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and other project team members.
• Select and manage subcontractors, delegating responsibilities as needed.
• Address delays, emergencies, and problems promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Provide regular project progress and budget reports to management.
• Clearly communicate contract and technical matters to team members.
• Efficiently manage project budget, cost estimates, and work timetables.

Qualifications
:

• Proven experience in the construction industry, with a preference for steel-related projects.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent analysis and critical thinking abilities.
