This role will initially focus on strengthening operational performance, including logistics, warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and inside sales support.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with a clear path to full P&L responsibility. You will stabilize and scale operations, improve service, and step into a broader business leadership role as the U.S. operations expand. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader who thrives in a high-reliability, regulated environment and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to build structure, implement systems, and drive results in a relatively unstructured setting.
This role offers significant visibility within a global organization and the opportunity to shape the future of the U.S. business.

- Drive improvements in operational efficiency and overall business performance
- Establish and implement standard operating procedures, performance metrics, and operational controls to support scalability

- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and customer requirements
- Collaborate with global leadership to align U.S. operations with company strategy
- Serve as the operational escalation point for critical issues and drive timely resolution
- Progress into full P&L leadership for the U.S. business
- 10+ years of leadership experience within specialty materials or industrial distribution required
- Experience overseeing warehousing, inventory management, sales support, customer service, and order fulfillment required
- Hands-on experience building critical systems and processes, in environments supporting mission-critical or highly regulated materials required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills required
- Experience with financial responsibility required
