• Lead cross‑functional project teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, identifying variances and taking corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial targets.
• Develop project strategies, objectives, and milestones in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
• Allocate project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to optimize project performance and achieve desired outcomes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed to minimize project disruptions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, conducting regular reviews and assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engagement:
  Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and managing change effectively; implement change management processes to navigate project changes, assess impacts, and facilitate adoption across project teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and milestones.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to help them grow and succeed in their roles.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field required.
• Masters degree preferred.

• 8+ years of experience in project management.
• 3+ years in a leadership position.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and with high client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Jira and other related project management and communication tools.

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) required.
• Advanced certifications in project management, business management, or related areas preferred.
