A growing and highly respected real estate management company is seeking an experienced Sr. Property Manager to oversee a geographically concentrated mixed‑use portfolio in the heart of Providence. This leadership role will oversee a diverse portfolio consisting of multifamily and commercial properties while managing onsite operations, financial performance, and team leadership initiatives. This position is ideal for a highly organized and systems‑oriented property management professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is confident interfacing directly with ownership and investment partners.

• Oversee daily operations across a mixed‑use portfolio consisting of multifamily and commercial properties, including several historic mill building conversions.
• Lead and support a team including property management, leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff
• Manage operational performance, occupancy, tenant relations, and overall property condition
• Review financial reports, budgets, variance reporting, and portfolio performance metrics
• Work directly with ownership groups and investment partners on operational updates and strategic planning
• Monitor delinquency reporting and implement strategies to improve collections and resident retention
• Ensure properties are operating efficiently and consistently across the portfolio
• Coordinate vendor relationships, maintenance operations, and capital improvement initiatives
• Support leasing efforts and collaborate with onsite teams to maintain strong occupancy performance
• Utilize Yardi Breeze Premier for operational reporting and property management functions
• Maintain compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and industry standards

This role plays a key leadership position within the organization. Your ability to drive operational consistency, support team development, and improve portfolio performance will directly impact resident satisfaction, tenant retention, and long‑term asset value.

• 3–5+ years of property management leadership experience
• Experience managing multifamily portfolios required
• Some commercial property management experience preferred
• Proven experience leading and developing onsite teams
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and operational management skills
• Experience working directly with ownership groups or investment partners preferred
• Strong organizational and systems‑management abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse portfolio
