• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, project managers, and support staff.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop junior and mid‑level staff.

• Understand and support business practices and processes.
• Lead projects from development through completion, including scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC, and risk management.
• Manage contract risks, terms, conditions, and professional liability matters.
• Act as a subject matter expert in a specific practice area(s).
• Resolve complex issues related to project execution, client demands, fiscal management, and business development.

• Initiate projects and approve budgets.
• Implement projects following company procedures and keep clients informed.
• Delegate tasks appropriately within the team.
• Coordinate with peers, sub‑consultants, and subcontractors.
• Supervise interdisciplinary project teams.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations.
• Ensure high‑quality deliverables and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage client relationships, identify cross‑selling opportunities, and oversee invoicing and budget tracking.
• Negotiate amendments and change orders with senior leadership.

• Identify and pursue new opportunities and cross‑selling services.
• Solicit new clients and projects, set up meetings with potential clients, and support proposal development.
• Lead proposal teams, negotiate fees, prepare contracts, and present to prospective clients.

• Mentor and develop staff, recognize areas for improvement, and evaluate performance.
• Manage onboarding, off‑boarding, workload, and career development.
• Assist in recruitment, interviews, and hiring processes.
• Identify strategic hires to support company goals.

• BS or MS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in the wastewater industry.
• Registered Professional Engineer or relevant professional certifications.

Annual Expected Pay Range: $180,000 - $220,000 USD
