Procedures Assistant Director
The Procedures Assistant Director (AD) is the lead supervisor, advisor, & subject matter expert on procedural guidance dictated by program policies to include Part 3 & Part 4 of Title 38 of the Code of Federal Regulations. The Assistant Director is responsible for administrative policies related to rating-related claims and evaluative criteria for service-related conditions as part of the disability compensation benefits program.
