The Groden Network Board of Directors seeks a visionary, operationally sophisticated Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization through its next phase of strategic growth, clinical excellence, workforce stabilization, and financial sustainability. Oversee all programs and services, including residential, day programs, employment services, early intervention, and family support.

The CEO reports directly to the Board of Directors and works collaboratively with employees, families, funders, government agencies, and community stakeholders to ensure high-quality, person-centered services. They must balance mission-centered leadership with strong business acumen in a highly regulated healthcare and human services environment. The CEO will lead a multi-disciplinary executive leadership team; ensure clinical quality and regulatory compliance across multiple states;

oversee residential operations and risk management; drive sustainable growth and diversification of funding; strengthen workforce recruitment, retention, and leadership development; and serve as the primary ambassador to funders, regulators, policymakers, and community stakeholders.

  • Qualifications/Experiences:
    • Master's degree in nonprofit management, public administration, social work, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field (required).
    • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a nonprofit healthcare, behavioral health, or human services organization.
    • Demonstrated oversight of overseeing multi-site or multi-state operations.
    • Experience serving individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities.
    • Experience working within Medicaid-funded systems and state regulatory environments preferred.
    • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
    • Proven financial management and budgeting expertise.
    • Knowledge of state and federal disability service regulations.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
    • Proven track record of scaling services responsibly while maintaining quality.
    • Experience with Joint Commission or CARF accreditation.
    • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships.
