Position DescriptionSr. Project Manager-At least five to 10 years related experience in project management, planning, and tracking of projects-Preferred knowledge and experience in Child Welfare systems (SACWIS, CCWIS)-Experience working with business stakeholders in related industries-Experience with and understanding of full project or product lifecycle-Proficiency with project management tools and related technology-Ability to demonstrate leadership, drive results, solve problems, and possess interpersonal skills from prior work situations-Experience gathering requirements, business analysis, and documentation-Experience managing a team involved in requirements gathering, business analysis, program development, testing and version control.
-Assist Agency IT Manager overseeing other on-going projects-Act as champion of learning, process improvement, and project management within the agency.
-A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, communications, business administration, or an industry-specific field.
-Excellent communicator, well-organized, and influential leadership skills
