The OpportunityAs an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in running the shop day-to-day, leading a team of scoopers and shift leads, and making sure every guest leaves happy. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be on the floor, coaching your team, solving problems, and setting the tone for great service.

What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and support scoopers and shift leads during busy shifts and slower periods.
- Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, inventory checks, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures.
- Set and model high standards for friendly, efficient, memorable guest service and show others how to deliver it.
- Motivate your team, give feedback, and help each person grow, learn, and contribute to shared goals.
- Support community events, local partnerships, and shop initiatives that build our brand and reputation.
- Within the first few months, you consistently run smooth shifts with strong guest feedback and minimal operational errors.
- Your team knows what is expected, feels supported, and can rely on you to handle questions, issues, and conflicts fairly.
- Shop standards for cleanliness, product quality, and cash/inventory accuracy are reliably met or exceeded.
- You are trusted to "hold it down" when the Shop Manager is out, keeping morale high and results on track.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in food service or retail.
- Clear, confident communication skills and a calm, practical approach to problem-solving.
- Reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of personal accountability.
- A genuine drive to grow, take on more responsibility, and help others develop their skills.
- $19–$24 per hour (including tips)
