• Follow documented procedures and work instructions to manufacture quality parts
• Meet and adhere to quality requirements per the QMS
• Escalate issues or problems immediately
• Perform maintenance as required
• Follow safety standards
• Keep work station and environment organized and clean (5S)
• Able to read and understand drawings and blueprints
• Perform production on CNC machines and other machines such as laser marker, grit blaster, buffing tools, etc.
• CNC experience
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Specific training courses in this field:

• Machining certificate or trade school preferred

Experience specific to this position:

• 0 – 3 years experience
• Use of inspection equipment, e.g. calipers, microscope, optical measurement (Preferred)
• Operation of manual and coordinated measuring machines (Preferred)
