As a Thermal Spray Operator
, you’ll be hands‑on in our core process—applying advanced coatings that protect and enhance critical components. You’ll:

• Operate and become certified in Combustion, Plasma, HVOF (High Velocity Oxy‑Fuel), and/or Electric Arc thermal spray systems
• Follow technical drawings, blueprints, and process plans to ensure precision and quality
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform additional production tasks as needed

• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR (able to provide a U.S. passport, birth certificate, green card, or naturalization certificate)
• Able to pass a background check and DOT drug screening
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to doing things right the first time
• Ability to work 3rd shift (Mon
  - Fri, 11:00 p.m.
  
  - 7:30 a.m., week technically starts Sun night and runs through Fri morning).

• 1+ year of experience in thermal spray or a related aerospace/manufacturing environment
