As a
Production Support Operator
, you’ll be a key part of our thermal spray coating process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Masking parts to protect areas from overspray
• Cleaning components to ensure proper adhesion of coatings
• Deburring parts to prepare them for coating and prevent defects
• Inspecting your work to ensure quality standards are met
• Supporting other tasks as needed to keep production running smoothly

• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a
  background check
  and
  DOT drug screening
• Must be aU.S. Person
  under ITAR/EAR regulations (must provide one of the following: valid U.S. passport, birth certificate, permanent resident card, or naturalization certificate)
• Available to work 2nd shift (Mon
  - Fri, 3:00 p.m.
  
  - 11:30 p.m.)
• Dependable, detail-focused, and eager to learn and grow

• 1+ year of experience in masking, thermal spray, or aerospace manufacturing
