Hand Solderer

Responsibilities

• Learn to solder and assemble components such as half rings and u-wires using a variety of techniques and tools (training provided).
• Read and understand spec sheets on items.
• Inspect soldered pieces to ensure alignment, durability, and adherence to design specifications.
• Operate and maintain soldering equipment and supplies, including torches, flux soldering pastes, and other tools (with training).
• Keep a clean and organized workstation.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• Previous experience in jewelry soldering or a similar role is helpful but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to read and interpret design sketches or technical drawings (training provided if unfamiliar).
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to read and understand English is an advantage but not required.
