OverviewWe are growing and adding to our headcount!
We are seeking a skilled CNC Tube Bender Operator with experience operating tube bending equipment in a precision aerospace manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and adjusting CNC tube bending machines while also performing manual tube fabrication and rework operations as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint reading skills, experience working with close tolerances, and the ability to manually manipulate and adjust tubing to meet customer specifications. This role combines CNC machine operation with hands‑on fabrication techniques and requires a high attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Work is performed in a climate‑controlled manufacturing facility with a friendly environment and small company feel. Full‑time position available on 1st shift. Positions come with benefits, retention increases, and annual one‑on‑one reviews.
Schedule- Overtime daily and Fridays as needed (Mon–Thurs until 5:30 pm and Friday 6:00 am – 11:00 am)
- Set up and operate CNC CRIPPA tube bending machines
- Perform machine adjustments and program modifications as required to maintain dimensional accuracy and part conformity
- Perform mechanical fabrication work requiring fitting, alignment, and adjustment of aerospace tubing to close tolerances
- Bend, straighten, stretch, shape, and form metal tubing to specification using hand tools, fixtures, and fabrication equipment
- Perform manual corrections and rework to production items as needed
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, process plans, schematics, and written/verbal instructions
- Verify conformance to specifications using precision measuring tools and inspection methods
- Troubleshoot dimensional or fabrication issues and work with leadership or engineering when required
- Maintain quality and production standards while following all company and customer requirements
- Assist in continuous improvement efforts related to tube fabrication and manufacturing efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous CNC tube bending experience required
- Experience operating CRIPPA tube bending equipment strongly preferred
- Prior aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic machining and fabrication tool knowledge
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Good work ethics
- Willing to learn
- Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds on a daily basis
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Able to bend, twist, turn, carry, walk, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday
- Able to successfully pass vision screens
- Extended hours required during peak workloads or special projects
- Drug screen and background check required for this position
