Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (Level 1–3)

Pay: $28–$43/hour (based on experience)

Location:
Central Rhode Island

Shift: 1st / 2nd / 3rd

We are looking for Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians (Levels 1–3) to support production equipment and facility operations. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and keeping equipment running efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Level 1:
  
  - 1+ year of maintenance or mechanical experience

  Basic knowledge of tools and equipment Willingness to learn and grow

• Level 2:
  
  - 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing

  Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical/electrical) Ability to work independently

• Level 3:
  
  - 5+ years of maintenance experience

  Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics Experience with PLCs, automation, or complex systems preferred Ability to mentor junior technicians

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Strong problem-solving skills
  
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
• Flexibility to work overtime or different shifts as needed
