Description
The Set‑Up Mechanic is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining bag and pouch machines to ensure efficient production operations. This role is critical to achieving our goals of safety, quality, and productivity in our flexible packaging manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of bag and pouch machine operations and maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as job specifications, equipment operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
