We're seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to keep production equipment running at peak performance. In this hands-on role, you'll perform repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
What You'll Do:- Diagnose and repair mechanical failures on motors, pumps, conveyors, and industrial machinery.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Read blueprints and schematics to identify and fix issues quickly.
- Collaborate with production teams to meet daily output goals safely.
- Maintain detailed service logs and parts inventory.
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
- Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift as needed.
