Position Overview We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Technicians to join a growing manufacturing organization supporting a newly expanded production division. Key Responsibilities As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of manufacturing, production, and surface processing operations. Daily responsibilities may include:

Perform manufacturing operations while following established quality and safety standards.

Assist with specialized surface treatment and coating processes.

Operate production equipment and manufacturing machinery after completing training.

Conduct mechanical inspections of components to verify quality and identify defects.

Perform basic mechanical repairs and assist with welding-related production activities as needed.

Prepare and package components within clean room environments while maintaining cleanliness and contamination control standards.

Clean precision parts using ultrasonic cleaning systems and approved manufacturing procedures.

Operate bead blasting equipment to prepare and texture component surfaces.

Read and follow detailed work instructions, manufacturing specifications, and standard operating procedures.

Perform routine equipment setup, maintenance, and housekeeping of assigned work areas.

Accurately complete production documentation and quality records.

Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet daily production goals.

Maintain compliance with all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and quality standards.

Assist with additional manufacturing tasks as business needs evolve within the growing division.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, fabrication, or industrial experience preferred.

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely operate tools and equipment.

Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus.

Welding, fabrication, machining, or surface finishing experience is beneficial but not required.

Experience following detailed work instructions and quality procedures.
